Overview

We are looking for bright and curious graduates who love solving complex problems. We are passionate about teaching and learning from one another. Our graduate program gives you the opportunity to explore a range of industries and immerse yourself in building industry-leading software and machine learning applications. This will involve taking part in technical discussions, performing analyses on one of our exciting projects as well as learning the soft skills required to build the relationships you will need to be successful in your career.  

Who should apply?

Our ideal candidate is one that has achieved a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with distinction in the following fields:  

• Actuarial science

• Applied maths  
• Accounting  
• Analytics  
• Engineering – any  
• Statistics

• Science related degrees  

Key qualifications and skills

Additionally, successful candidates will be those that:  

• Have experience in software development and/or machine learning
• Have experience and knowledge of Python

• Have a basic understand of RESTful APIs  
• Are curious and passionate about learning  
• Have strong communication skills and are capable of working well in a team  
• Are willing to challenge the status quo  
• Are capable of working on their own and reaching out for help when necessary

Key Outcomes:

• 1 year exposure in data science, building models, analysing data and learning the tools of the trade
• Successful completion will lead to fulltime employment  
• Experience in reporting to executive teams
• Entrepreneurial skills developing new data science-based products

• Experience in credit risk modelling, and other data science related financial products
